Reflecting on the 7th February this was a day that will never be forgotten. The spectacle on Burnley Rd East of 'Billy', Roberts horse, doing the 'pull', followed by people on foot, funeral cars, and the huge cortege of tractors from across the farming community was the start of a gigantic day to honour a giant of a man. His daughters Leah and Lauren and his grandchildren could not have done more to honour him and its they and the fond memories that Robert leaves us, as his lasting legacy. They are like him.... ''immense''. The community came together because Robert was so respected and held in such high regard with so many talents and qualities. RIP Robert so greatly missed by everybody..
